Welcome to the WSA Blog! In an effort to create further channels of two-way communication for our community of female students, faculty, staff, partners and alumni to Connect, Empower, and Lead, various blogs are available for you viewership, commentary and contribution!

This page aggregates all WSA blogs: Academics, Careers and Alumni, and Community. If you’re interested in a specific blog, click on the “category” type in any of the postings below or on the associated tab to the left.

Do you have an article or blog (your own or someone else’s) that would be beneficial to the WSA community? Email it to your section WSA Officer for submission! Thank you for your contribution!

Posting Guidelines

We hope the conversations that take place on the WSA website will be energetic, constructive, free-wheeling, and provocative. To make sure we all stay on-topic, all posts will be reviewed by our editors and may be edited for format, clarity, length, and relevance.

We ask that you adhere to the following guidelines.

  • No selling of products or services.  Let's keep this an ad-free zone.
  • No ad hominem attacks.  There are conversations in which we debate ideas.  Criticize ideas, not the people behind them.
  • No multimedia.  If you want us to know about outside sources, please link to them; don't paste them in.
  • No details that invade anybody's privacy or confidential information from class or speaker discussions.
