Location and Directions

The Dynamic Women In Business Conference is held annually on the campus of Harvard Business School in Boston, Massachusetts across the river from the main Harvard campus. Registration will take place in the Spangler Building, Williams Room.

AIR: If you are flying in from out of town, the main airport is Boston Logan International Airport. Campus is about 25 minutes / $35 by taxi.

TAXI: If arriving by taxi, tell the driver “Harvard Business School”.

CAR: You can enter via Soldiers Field Road from both JFK Street and Western Avenue. On your GPS, the address is “Harvard Business School, Soldiers Field Road, Boston, MA”.

PARKING: Parking is provided on a first come, first served basis in the parking lot behind Spangler. Please tell the parking attendant that you are going to the Dynamic Women in Business Conference to receive a free pass.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: The nearest T stops are Harvard or Central on the red line. From Central, it is a 10 minute walk, or you can take the #70 or #70a bus and get off at Genzyme (just over the river).

BY FOOT: To walk to campus from Cambridge, take JFK Street, Western Ave or the Weeks Footbridge.

Conference FAQ 

What is the attire at the conference?

The attire is business casual.

Who can attend the conference?

Everyone is invited to join us for the conference! You don’t have to be affiliated with Harvard to HBS to join. We welcome professionals and students from around the world. The conference is now sold out, and unfortunately we are unable to refund tickets.

When should I plan to arrive and leave?

You should aim to arrive early Friday evening for a networking bash hosted by Levo League. Registration begins early on Saturday morning, so coming in Friday night ensures you won’t miss a minute! Conference activities will end with the final keynote around 5:00pm on Saturday.


What meals will be provided?

On Saturday, we will have a light breakfast during registration and bagged lunch for every conference attendee. On campus, food can be purchased from the Spangler Grille, right in the middle of conference activities. There will also be some snacks and goodies in the gift bags!


Where can I go for other meals, errands, etc.?

Harvard Square and Central Square (both about a ten minute walk from campus) have everything you need, from pharmacies to grocery stores to restaurants and bars. See www.harvardsquare.com for a list of restaurants in the area.


What services will are available on campus?

On the HBS campus, there are several dining options, an ATM, a taxi stand, pay phones, computers for public use, and the school bookstore.


I am a prospective applicant. Can I tour the campus and learn about HBS while I am there?
