Teams in today’s workplace are constantly reconfiguring to respond to changing projects, tasks, and strategic priorities. Leading a successful learning organization is not about creating effective teams, it’s about creating the conditions for teaming – a verb. Today’s leaders understand that they themselves no longer have the answers for winning in a fast-changing environment with constantly shifting problems. Inspiring and engaging team-based learning provides a path forward.” Cost: $10 per student; Register here
